The SCAFL Metro Grand Final was a hard fought battle between the Orange County Jets and the Beachside Sharks.
The Sharks were heavily penalised for having an extra player on the field for a minute with their score being
wiped to zero early into the second half however this does not take away from the performance of the Jets in t he
Grand Final and throughout the season. Both the Outlaws and the Sharks had great seasons and a lot of new players
which is great for the respectiv e clubs and football in Southern California.
Playoff 1 Jets 13 -4 - 82 Saints 3 - 5 - 23
Playoff 2 Outlaws 4 - 2 - 26 Sharks 4 - 8 - 32
Grand Final Jets 11 - 5 - 71 Sharks 6 - 4 - 40
We now move onto the business end of the season where the Sharks join the Outlaws and the Raiders to represent
the LA Dragons. New players are still welcome to join.

Beachside Sharks take out the Metro final
Congratulations to the Beachside Sharks who
defeated the Orange County Jets 14.7.91 to 5.11.41. The final score
doesn't do the match justice as the match was played at a ferocious pace
from the opening bounce. Captain Adrian Heffernan led from the front
and was rewarded with the BOG in the grand final. For a comprehensive
